Process Variable in records

Did you provide report context in your process report? You'll have to choose a type of process report that contains context and then provide the context for whichever process you're using:

Assuming you choose this type, there should be a dialog window that opens when you create the process report that then lets you choose your process model. Once you select the process model, your process variables should be visible in the edit data.

Sure maybe because i have a trial version? 

Hmmm, I just tested it again to confirm and it worked okay for me. A couple of things to check:

1. Is your process model published? I'd only expect to view the process variables if they are published.
2. Do you have at least viewer access on the process model? You can't see data unless you're a viewer.
3. Are your process variables marked as hidden? If they are hidden in the process model they won't be visible in the process report.

1-it's published;

2- I'm administrator;

3- they aren't hidden.

Sorry, I'm not sure then - the only other thing I can think of is that I've sometimes had issues if I add variables after I've already created the process report. Maybe you can delete your existing process instances and add new ones?
