Is it possible to display an information message at the top of the Record list for a Record?

There are several things to consider in your question.

• If you're talking of the OOTB Record List that is used in Tempo/Sites (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.3/Using_the_Records_Tab.html#records-list), then you can't change the overall look and feel of those interfaces in order to add the detail you want.
• Depending of the version you're in, you should consider one the latest features that were added to the product, i.e. having a read-only grid with the same behaviors of a Record List by using a Record Type as data source(search field, export to Excel - docs.appian.com/.../recipe-filter-the-data-in-a-grid.html). With this latest approach, you can use that grid everywhere which means that you can add the grid to an existing interface that has some sort of note with the information that you want to convey.
