I'm using ADT and generating several templates and then converting multiple PDFs into a single PDF document using merge PDF plugins.
During this process, pagination is not consistent across.
Eg:-
1st ADT to PDF has 5 pages and they are named 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
2nd ADT to PDF has 3 pages and they are named 1, 2 and 3
When merging the PDFs, a single PDF is generated as expected however the pagination is not continuous i.e., 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Instead it shows as 1,2,3,4,5,1,23
Is there a way to fix this issue?
Is there a plugin that can take a single PDF document and apply pagination to it.
Appreciate your suggestions!!!

so your issue is, that the plugin is reognizing the page2 and 3 of the second pdf as one page?
I dont think it is re-organizing, it is just merging the 2 PDFs as-is without considering the pagination.
Let's say the output from first file is 5 pages i.e., 1,2,3,4,5 and output from the second page is 3 pages i.e., 1,2,3
After merging first file and second file, the total number of pages are 8 but on display the page numbers are shown as 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3 and not 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and that is the issue.
Is there any workaround for the same.
Appreciate your inputs!!!
i did a typo there sorry. "recognizing" was meant.
As harsh as it sounds, these kind of bugs are the risk of using plugins not provided by appian. The quality can be different from the usual appian standard. Doesnt look like there is a real workaround, but i am not an expert at ADT-> sorry i dont really know this plugin
