Hi Everyone,
Can somebody please help me with the below query,
In my project, we are currently working on Private Network and we are slowly planning to implement Appian Cloud instance in our project. We have decided to connect the Appian cloud using Saas service.
However, we wanted the dedicated Appian cloud instance to be only accessed from our private network. i.e. the dedicated Appian Cloud URL should not be accessed from any other network.
Also, we wanted to know how does Appian Saas validates the connection made from our network.
i.e. in terms of Appian RPA, if the bot installed in the system (Private network) communicates with the Appian server, how does the Saas service validates the communication.
Please let me know. Many thanks.

Take a look at the Cloud VPN documentation. You can work with an Appian Support Engineer to configure traffic between your network and Appian Cloud such that it will not be accessible from the internet.

Thanks for letting me know eric. Can you also please let me know what kind of security measures has Appian cloud in place, OWASP..?
Take a look at Appian's trust center website. There is a lot of security and compliance information available on the site. If you have specific questions, it is usually best to coordinate with your account executive or through a support case to go over details in relation to network and security configurations between your systems and Appian Cloud.
