getting readexcelsheet function error at interface level , need your suggestion to resolve,

You will need to provide more detail on what you are trying to do and how you are doing it in order for the Community to be able to help. There are numerous possible scenarios that could be triggering that error. A few things that can help:

Explain what you are doing and how you are using the function (SAIL code helps)

Explain your infrastructure (Appian Version, On-Cloud vs On-Prem)
