Hope you all are doing well.
There are two user accounts in Appian :-
1) aamir_khan
2)aamir.khan
So when aamir.khan updates his profile picture ,from change profile picture in his account , The picture gets updated for both the account .The aamir.khan and aamir_khan both will be having the same picture.
Can someone please guide further to rectify or look further into this issue , it will be very helpful.

I suggest you raise a support ticket for this, assuming you're using the built in functionality.

Yes , User(aamir.khan) is changing his profile picture from edit profile picture in his account and the same profile picture is getting updated for another user(aamir_khan), using built in functionality . Definitely will raise support ticket for the same , thank you for your inputs.
