    The first screenshot looks like there is a file ss.pid did you had to kill any process manually before ? Something got stuck before? If the process is not running any more and the file is still not going away maybe try renaming the name to ss.pid.bak and start again. Even maybe try to tratar the computer before starting again just in case some process is still there.

    The second screenshot is mentioning something about Java versions, so I wonder which version of Java have you used and if you have set properly the JAVA_HOME In the environment variables.
