I am looking for some experiences with interfacing with CRM systems. Our team has looked at Salesforce and Microsoft for CRM, but they are asking us to dive deeper to find out what is out there that might be integrated with Appian or at least have some better off-the-shelf integrations.
One that we happen to like is Creatio CRM. It obviously has its own BPA capabilities. But it does not have key features important to us. So I am thinking INTEROPERABILITY with Creatio CRM via Appian workflows or possibly some other CRM?
