I am receiving the following alert and my process is failing on the "Post Event to Feed" smart service.

There is a problem with task “Post Event to Feed” in the process “Property Selection”. Internal error (java.lang.NullPointerException). The event was not sent.

When I run the process as someone in my Administrators group, the process runs fine. I get the error when I run as someone not in the Administrators group. However, the user does have "Editor" rights to the feed I'm writing to. Is there some other security setting I need to be checking?...

Can you check the Assignment Tab of the 'Post Event to Feed' and try with 'Run whoever designed this Process model' Option.

Hi, Thanks for the response. I do have the node configured to "Run as whoever designed this Process Model" and still receive the alert.
