Email notifications (process alerts and emails from send email node) are not working.This was working fine and users were receiving emails until last week. but they are not receving any emails for the last two days.
There was no change in custom.properties file alsoDid someone face a similar issue?

Thanks for confirming. Have there been any other changes either to your Appian installation or to your server setup? Are there any related items in the regular error logs?
Also are your process nodes completing successfully or are they pausing by exception? And I'm sure you have already considered this, but just to make sure: is email enabled in the Admin Console?
