Hi, I have set up timer event in the escalations tab and selected Send Alert in what action to be taken section ? and gave my e-mail address, it's not working.
Tried Send e-mail smart service, i can receive e-mail with this smart service, ONLY change i made is changed Timezone in process model properties to IST, which is my time zone, any help is much appreciated.

I think you should see whether a task has been escalated in the process history. Did you check that?
No, it's not escalated.
I see. But that was only assigned for a minute. I suggest to just start the process and then let it stay for some hours.
Depending on the timezone of the process and the one of your user, creating a fresh timestamp using datetime() might return an unexpected result.
