Hi,
Our Appian environment has several Applications and each Application has its own Administrator group. We have the need to send Alerts and Emails (OOTB ones - such as Task Assignment, Errors etc) only to the Administrator group of the specific Application rather than to the entire Administrator community. How can that be accomplished?...

In the "Alerts" tab of each application's process models (under "properties"), select "use custom error alert settings", check "send alerts to the following users & groups", and enter the name of the application-specific administrator group. See:
forum.appian.com/.../Alerts_Tab
for more info. Hope this helps.

Evan, but that didn't work. The Alerts and Emails were getting delivered to all Administrators with this setting too.

1. Can you attach a screenshot of the current configuration of the Alerts Tab?
2. Do you see only two users being part of that group? or there are two users plus groups?
3. Is there any Administrator for that group? (check the Administrators tab in the People tab for that group)

Edaurdo, Thank you! We found out that those emails/alerts were triggered by old processes which have errored out in the past. User has got those mails due to recurrence timer which has executed the old processes today.
