Hi guys, I'm trying to import a site object and I'm getting the following error in the import-log:
Problems (1):site 5139d5ff-e29d-4874-912c-6d56ffd81d7b 3 "siteName": An error occurred while updating site [id=3 uuid=5139d5ff-e29d-4874-912c-6d56ffd81d7b]: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update (APNX-1-4071-008)
In the system logs I can see this:
2021-08-19 13:14:28,076 [ajp-nio-0.0.0.0-8009-exec-9] ERROR org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter - (conn=6611215) Duplicate entry 'siteName' for key 'site_urlstub_uc'
Any ideas how to resolve this? We were able to deploy the object to all our other environments without any issues.

Appian Sites contain a URL identifier that must be unique. Based on the error, it seems like your environment already has a site object with the same URL identifier.

The object already exists in the application, we're trying to import it to update it. Shouldn't it update the existing object, the same as importing any other object would work?
Looking again I think you're right, there might be a discrepancy in our environments where this one has a site object with the same URL. Thanks for your help, question answered.
