Hi all,
when I am performing a related action(update) it is creating a new requestID instead of updating the same list on the site with null values and it is not getting updated as shown in image1. I have checked the process model and monitoring everything Is fine i mean all the values are getting stored perfectly, can you please suggest me.

You will want to verify that the unique key value is present when performing the update on your row. If it is not, Appian will perform an INSERT instead.
Thanks, Chris , I have passed all the unique keys(primary keys) of all CDT's still I am facing the same issue.
I'm assuming you are not expecting the blank data points either? Is the Write to DS running twice, or is there an extra row in the CDT when you are saving? If the unique ID is present and correct an UPDATE should be performed. You should be able to identify this in monitor mode.

That error indicates there is a blank row that is not getting written to the DS. I recommend reviewing the Variables tab to see if the data you are attempting to write is what you expect. e.g., one row with the unique ID populated.
