Let me explain I want to get to see the summary view of a user but with all the related action bar that appears up top of the summary view interface I'm being able to redirect to the interface of the summary but i can't see the things that i see when Im on the record type with all the the actions . i hope any of you guys could help me or tell me if this is possible or not thanks

Can you confirm how you are linking to the user - are you using a link from an interface with a!userRecordLink()? If so, it should open the same view that you see from the records tab. Could you post screenshots to show what you're seeing?
Not i'm linking to the summary view of the loggedinuser with a process that pass the parameters to the sumary interface

Hmm, so you want your site page to directly display a single record view? As far as I know this isn't possible (at least in the same view that you would see by navigating from the record list).
One thing you could consider though is using the record action component to display your related actions directly on your interface. It won't look exactly the same, but it should provide the same functionality.
