Hi,
This is the URL we have shared with our business users for accessing portal - someserver.com/.../apps. They have also bookmarked this in their browser. But recently a user reported that upon login, they were taken to a different portal and only after several logout-login attempts were they taken to the actual portal. We found that they were taken to the Tempo portal.

They were sure that they didn't hit https://someserver.com/suite/ (which takes to Tempo) by mistake instead of someserver.com/.../apps. This can also be confirmed by the fact that they only use the Bookmark.

Any clue why it could have happened? We want to prevent this from happening in the future....

Have any other users been able to replicate this issue? Try clearing the browser cache and reexamine the bookmark.

Hi Tim, It was with one user and even that user couldn't replicate this issue now. But since the user was hijacked (atleast for him) to different portal several times in a row, now we have the need to ensure it doesn't happen again.
