Hello,
In a project we have to do an appian update from version 19.2 to 21.3 and therefore we are reviewing the pugins.Until now we had a service exposed in appian in which the service that called us passed us a string in base64 in a json and we converted it to a document with the smart service base64todoc, it seems that this plugin is deprecated for the new version.Does anyone have any idea how to supplement this functionality? I was looking and I saw the integration object but in this case it would not help us because they consume us and they already pass this chain to us at the entrance.
Greetings and thank you

Integration object will have an option to convert base64 to appian documemt if its json.
Hello!,
I do not know if I am understanding you correctly, but it is that we do not call an external system but they call us and pass that base64 to us, so I would not know how to configure the integration node in this case.
A greeting and thanks in advance
Hello Sandrap,
are you talking about that plugin? https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/base64-to-document-convertor
Do you receive the JSON statement via integration? If yes, try to catch the base 64 document directly at your integration call, so you pass the document instead of the JSON itself.
-> perhaps this will help you there. https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.3/Integration_Object.htmlhttps://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.3/Integration_Content_Types.html
Please note that the plugin you linked is specifically for Salesforce. No idea why it wasn't named accordingly.
You can try using webapi to convert the base64 to document.
The plugin is this:
Greetings and thank you!
Hello good,The thing is that we have the process and from another webApi external to us they call us and pass us a string in base 64, then in the process we convert that string into a document with the plugin that we comment on, but it seems that it is not there for new versions.
