Hi,

I would like to capture a selected value from a grid into a ri! variable. I followed the SAIL recipe on selecting grid values and there are two local variables of interest here: local!gridSelection and local!selectedDocumentId. I would like to know which one of these if replaced with ri! variable would yield the correct results. I tried replacing the selectedDocumentId with the ri! but it didn't work. Before I replace local!gridSelection, which is a major change, I would like to know whether it is the correct step or not....

This is the 3rd time you have posted the same question. Maybe if you attached your whole SAIL expression it would be clearer for people to help...

I solved this problem....actually you just replace wherever you see the local variable with the rule input inside the SAIL code....
