Hi,We have a 'Post Event to Feed' which posts process related message along with Event Data values. We are trying to associate a Record with the Newsitem and we have set the Record Tags for the 'Post Event to Feed' smart service. The implementation is like this =a!toRecordIdentifier(recordType: cons!MMS_TOTAL_MEETING_VOLUME, identifier: {pp!id})The message and data displays fine. But for the associated Record, we only see "[Not Available]" in the newsitem with "The record may not exist or you may not have permission to view it" error message.The same user is able to see the Record from Records tab and this challenges the error message (so the Record does exist and the user does have permission).What could be going wrong here? Anyone faced similar issues?...
