Remember that you can also use the search in our documentation. This is the out of the box smart service to add administrators to a group

Eduardo, the "Add Group Admin" smart services give me the possibility to add only 1 users as Admin for a group. I want add a dedicate group as Admin and this node can't do it. :(

Oh I see, that's what you meant by "Group Admin"; a Group that will be an Administrator of another Group. That said, you're right the out of the box one works only for User type.
You will need to create your own custom smart service since the "Update Group Membership Rules" custom smart service suggested above is for Members not Admins.

Thanks Eduardo, but the question is: Why the Appian Group Admin smarth service doesn't have the same behavior of the designer? for me is very strange.

It seems it didn't considered groups as part of the scope of its functionality. It's not that there's an issue in your environment; simply the way the smart service was designed; as described in the documentation "the Add Group Admins node allows you to give <<users>> the right to be the administrator of a group"
