We have a requirement that in some cases non Appian users will upload the files which we would like to store in Appian knowledge center. These users will not able to see the files they uploaded or will not know any thing about Appian system at all.
Does Appian provide any API or mechanism, which can be called from a Java Application to achieve this functionality....

If you wish to add this functionality within Appian you have the users upload a file and restrict the access to the folder where the file will be stored. This way, the users will be able to upload the file but only the users you assign can see the contents of the folder.
