Hi Team,
I need to set the timer which shall run at 4.55 am every day and get data from view which has range query 5am last day to 5am current day when the job ran, but it is not getting the data even though all timer are set right in PM and in range query of DB.
The process gets executed at 4.55 am but it does not get data , but when we check view manually it gets the data.
So at what time zone this PM is running? And what time zone DB is running? is it GMT
I am little bit confuse that shall I un-check this box "Override with Initiator's Time Zone" as it is by default checked.

Appian always stores time in DB in GMT 00 and when it is queried, it is auto casted in the user's own timezone. Your process might be running the timezone where process model was published. Also, by any chance, do you think you are using loggedInUser() in the query in process model?
Hi Harshit,
Thanks, I am not using loggedInUser().
I want to run PM at GMT time zone 4.55am and not the PM publish time zone, what shall I do for that ?
Shall I uncheck this "Override with Initiator's Time Zone" in PM properties?

Be aware that calling loggedinuser() inside a process returns the primary admin user. When someone changes the timezone for that user you might have a new problem.
Uncheck "Override ..." and define the process timezone according to your needs.
Hi Stefan,
I am not calling "loggedinuser()".
I just want to run PM at GMT time zone 4.55am each day.
So uncheck "Override with Initiator's Time Zone" and publish the PM will cause the PM to run at 4.55am GMT each day right?
Hi StefanA small question regarding time zone: Suppose below is the configuration:1. In Admin timezone is A2. Process model timezone is B ( check box is checked)3. And the above model is started by run by initiator4. Initiator time zone is CThen what timezone date and time would be in process model.PV
I think the documentation is pretty clear about this.
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.2/process-model-object.html#general-tab
Specify the time zone context that is used for each process instance and indicated by the pp!timezone process property. By selecting the Override with Initiator's Time Zone checkbox, the default process time zone will run the process using the time zone preference of the user who launches the process model.
