I am using the Send Meeting Request Smart Service to set up a meeting. It is sending the mail, updating the calendar, but not able to set it up as Teams meeting with a join link.
Can anyone please help?

AFAIK setting up a MS Team meeting is not an included functionality.
Can we do any work around using the "Location" parameter?
I think Microsoft provides some web API which allow you to setup a Team meeting. Then you could add that link to the invite.
I never did that before.
Oh Ok. Don't know Web APIs as yet. And also one more issue is, the time i use for setting is 10AM, but the meeting is generated for 3.30PM.(GMT+5.30 hours). Is there any setting to correct this? Like the process model timezone or something else?
I want to create an outlook event i.e., a Microsoft Teams meeting. Is it possible using any existing plugins?

As already described, "Send Meeting Request" does not support creating Teams meetings. Use MS APIs to do so.
I want to create the meeting specifically in Appian, is it possibe using this plugin?
I am not sure what you mean. What exactly is "create the meeting specifically in Appian"?
You can use the MS Teams API to create a meeting and show the link in Appian.
Apologies, I meant to say that I want to create meeting in Microsoft Teams!Sure, I will check out MS Teams API
