Hi Appian Community,
Currently, our process automatically deactivates users (change status to inactive) that did not login to Appian for more than 30 days. The issue, however, is that the users that were deactivated manually have the same inactive status as the automatically deactivated ones.
I would like to source ideas on how I can get this list of dormant users. Advance thank you for the people who will respond to this.

When you already do that in a process, why not store some data to DB to identify these users?
Like stefan said. You can just create a user table and insert all additional information you need for your users. The moment you deactivate them automatically you set a status/flag that its an automatically deactivated one. you can even store a string ("reason") like "due to 30 days inactivity".
If you are not doing this through process and instead using the Idle User Deactivation Duration setting in the admin console, the users deactivated are written to the log. Info can be found here: docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Administration_Console.html
Thank you for the idea! I was looking for something that would not require me to touch the existing db that we have, but I guess it can't be avoided.

Thank you! I will have to check this.
