Hi,

We're using docx2pdf. Almost always converted documents are fine but very seldom the output document is 0K and can not be opened.

Attached is a quick test I ran on Qoppa outside Appian (using the same DOCX) to test that there wasn't an issue with Qoppa nor the DOCX being converted. This test is successful.

Is there a known issue?

Fantastic, thanks @tim.clarke. That's sorted two docx'es by replacing "&" with "&" in the merge fields. There's another one though that doesn't seem to have those in the merge fields. They are there in the docx but underlying .xml seems to be correctly representing them as "&" :-)
