So I have a business requirement to create an xlsx file report with multiple pages.
I looked into the Excel plug-in and didn't find anything regarding that or similar. Does anyone know of a way to do it?

Can you specify what you mean by "Pages" here? In an excel file you can add data rows to one (or many) workbooks, but that isn't exactly equivalent to the concept of "pages".
I am talking about sheets
I have a request to add different data to different sheets.
The smart services that generate excel files allow you to specify the worksheet the data will be written to.
There is a sheet number configuration available where you can define the sheet number and fulfil the requirement.
Do you know the name of the smartService? because the only one that allows me to select that is Convert Excel To CSV smartService
It depends on which one you're using, which is why I didn't specify. As far as I know, all the smart services that generate an Excel have this functionality, though the nomenclature varies between different ones.

Assuming you're using the Excel Tools "export CDT to Excel" smart service, you will want to set the "sheet number" input. This will allow you to populate different sheets with different data.
There are many. if you want to export database data to Excel then we have Export DataStore entity to excel. If you want to export CDT data to excel then we can use export CDT to excel.
