Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. As a part of the upgrade, Appian Community is currently in read-only mode, and user registration is disabled until August 3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
Hi,
I have updated my profile picture in my organization's instance.
However, the document was deleted and hence I am seeing an error as shown in image below.
Please help me on how to resolve this.

In case someone deleted the document manually, I do not know of a way to fix this.
If this is an on-premise setup, you might get access to the Appian internal DB and modify the row in the user table. But you will not get any support from Appian in case this breaks anything! So you better know what you are doing.
Thank you Stefan.
I contacted Appian Support and they were more than happy to help me out.
