Currently in Appian we are able to call this smart service to update the value of the constant, but we have no ability to update the Description of the constant, which is useful to developers for referencing the constant's value. This also forces us to save the constants under the developer's account rather than the service account.
Any abilities to update the description in the works for future iterations??

What is your use case?
In my use cases, I define a start value on my DEV environment. This value will then be changed on TEST and PROD by the owner of the model which is the service account used for deployment.
I never had the urge to modify the description.
