That local variable seems to be a list type. Updatedictionary does not work with lists.
Could you please check whether you local variable name crAppLimitTempTracker_Cdt is having multiple record. if yes, then you have to use foreach to update the value for the particular index. UpdateDictonary will work on single values not on lists.
