I am new to Appian, Can someone please provide me a link or steps on how to implement Appian save draft functionality.
Problem Statement - Allow user to save draft while filling the form and after that the same user can access the form and submit the form

You can create a button called save button and on click on this save all the data into Rule inputs/DB and make submit to true and after that node use XOR gateway to check the condition. If btnValue is Save then send the flow to the same node else move the flow to next nodes.
This works OOTB. All rules inputs are persisted when the user clicks "Save Draft" on the top left of the screen. Local variables will not be saved.

As you must be using a lookup for handling task status so whenever you are clicking on the SAVE DRAFT button from your form set the status of your request to draft (save in database) and create a record for the request and in record, you can have a RELATED ACTION for resuming the request from the draft.
