I have a questions regarding the reject button on Appian, I'm currently doing a research to find out more about the reject button and why is it not working property on PMT. Any helpful guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Which "reject" button do you mean? Please provide sufficient information to be able to reproduce your issue.
