In the regular drill down reports can we control the end user permissions. We don't want the end user to edit, customize, filter the drill down reports. We are using Appian 7.4....

I am assuming you are talking about process reports in apps portal. Same as Tempo you can restrict access to the report, by setting security on the report "document" (definition) itself under Collaboration tab.
