Just a random thought which struck me -
For system tasks we give 'Run as whoever designed this process model' in Assignment. This is fine in Development environment. But in Production, the Administrator who imports the app is taken as the Process Model designer. So, these system tasks are run using his Id. What if the Administrator quits the organization? As per organization standards the user account would be deactivated. Should we preserve his user account so that the processes run successfully? Or should we not create individual Admin ids in Production but use something like Administrator1, Administrator2 etc?...
