We have an Appian RPA process in place where we are downloading documents in PDF format from a website. However, we have observed an issue where the documents get downloaded in html format instead of PDF having size less than 1kb. As a result of which, further processing of that file gets disrupted and the process fails. Please note that this issue is happening intermittently and only in Production region. For development and test regions, the documents are getting downloaded properly in PDF format.
We have tried few approaches as well of downloading the document by clicking on the download option in the screen, right click on the screen and saving it as PDF, and using keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + P. None of these approaches are fixing the intermittent issue. Kindly suggest a solution or workaround for the same.
