I am trying to reassigning task from one group to other group by using Reassign smart service but it is not working.
As a Appian designer I have administration permission if I initiate the process model that time reassignment work properly,
but the same process model if I use as sub process than its not working.

Based on your testing, probably it is a rights-related issue.
To overcome this I would suggest:
First, confirm that security is set properly on the sub-process.
In case of a start form process model, check if the initiating user has proper rights to start the subprocess.
If it concerns an automated task, you can set the sub-process node assigment to 'run as whoever designed the process model'.

Process model security is same as parent and permission also given for that group of users.
Process model from sub process its able to trigger and completing without any error but values in the report not changing.
Can I log in database when I reassign task?
