Its a tally link.
Tally is similar to google forms. It's used to make forms like the one i've made.
I am not asking for any personal information either. It's just a survey for developers that I'm conducting for a project of mine.
You will probably receive more responses if you simply list your questions here. I share Stefan's sentiments with external links.
