When I tried the support page on the community site here, I clicked this button:it took me here: https://forum.appian.com/suite/sites/myappianand then it forwarded me here: https://forum.appian.com/suite/saml/AssertionConsumerand then all it said was "401 - Unauthorized".I wanted to ask about this because I'm having the same problem as this: https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/general/23264/community-instance-goneI can't find my community instance and there is no button or panel to create or reset one anymore, my "instance" is just gone entirely.
I haven't logged in in a while and it was very confusing to understand how to proceed with the tutorials without an instance to use...Could someone please fix the support page? Could someone please fix my community instance?

Did you send an email to the address I listed in that thread, by any chance?
I was about to, but in the end I didn't have to because our local system admins got our local instance of Appian running and I didn't need a community instance for development any longer. Thank you for checking. If I need help from them again I'll be sure to try that email address.
