Hi All,

I am using a Post Comment to Feed Entry smart service and I am getting an error that says the following:

"An error occurred while trying to post a comment or hazard to the feed (entry id: [89]). Details: The supplied feed entry [89] is not accessible"

I am passing in an entryID of a post message and all the comments should be appearing beneath that post of entryID value: e-89. All other comments are working correctly except for this particular one. Can anyone help me on solving this issue.

Are you passing in 89 (int) to the smart service? You need to pass in text "e-89"

yes I am passing in "e-89" to the smart service

and also it is working for the same ID for some other places as well. It's just this one place only where it is not working and I have used the same manner for all the fields of this smart service.

What are you passing into the "author" field? Do they have permission to the feed entry?
