Hi Guys,
I have a query entity rule which is failing to retrieve data when I run for the first time in a day. If I run again, it's working as expected. This behavior has started happening recently(it was running fine from long).
I looked into the logs and I am not finding the error.
We use on-prem servers and DB is oracle.
Thanks in advance

Do you have any details? Could this be a timing issue? It just works as long as the data is cached in the DB.
I am thinking it's a timing issue but I don't have any proof of that. Will it cache the entire table data? Because I am querying with different id's and it's all returning data quickly. Also, I am wondering why it's not writing the error in logs.
We have two involved parties here. Appian and the connected DB. Appian will write details to the tomcat_stdout log file, in case you want to check this. What the DB is doing, is completely out of control of Appian.
I verified the tomcat_stdout log files for all the servers and didn't find anything related to this error. Usually, the timeout error or memory/heap usage issues will be written.
You can find here a set of possible solutions for your error.
