We just upgraded to 7.5 and find that IE 8 is not supported - get the "Your Browser is Out-of-Date" message. The appian 7.5 documentation shows support for IE8. Anyone encountered this?...

There is a hotfix coming for that. In mean time, turn off compatibility mode on IE and it will work or use a different browser.

The workaround is to disable compatibility mode on IE8. There will be an enhancement to Appian 7.5 coming soon to avoid the need for having to disable compatibility mode on IE8, for the time being this would be the workaround.

We're seeing this behavior with 7.5 & IE9 as well, though not with IE11 or Chrome, and turning off compatibility mode doesn't seem to fix the issue with IE9.

Turning off compatibility mode is not an option for the end user, since it is locked down by IT. Can you give a timeframe by which this hotfix will be released; we can make a decision based on that - to migrate to 7.5 or not.
