Hi All,
I have the requirement to close the process task after clicking over the button in interface? Can anyone please help me out?

That would be a submit button. Can you share a few more details? What did you try?
Yes, there are certain number of tasks assigned to user, if the user clicks on withdraw button in interface then all of the tasks assign to him should be closed.
Hi shubhamy0005,
On click of withdraw button use start process smart service & trigger process model, and in that process model use cancel task smart service which works based on task id.
I advocate to not use the cancel task smart service for two reasons. First, cancelling a process send a process alert message. Second, you might want to perform some clean-up activities in case that process is "cancelled".
I typically use process messaging to tell other processes to cancel themselves.
ok, but how to get the task id for that task?
You execute a process report to get the process id of that other process. Then you send the message to it.
Hi Stefan, Could you please explain more how to use process messaging to cancel process task?
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.4/Send_Message_Event.html#
The simple way is to connect the receive message event to a terminating end event. In case you need to do any clean up, add required nodes in-between.
ok is there any way to send message from submit button in interface?
A submit button is meant to start or continue a process. That send message event can then be added to that process.
