I want to add a uniqueness validation on a particular data
for eg. as a user, if i enter "AbCde12"
so it should check that existing data should not contain this value in case insensitive form.
How to get the list of all permutation an combination of this value "AbCde12".

The equals operator "=" ignores casing. "ABC" = "abc" -> true.
But, is this about a database query? I would just store all values in lower or upper case. Then, finding duplicates becomes simple.
