Is there any methods to change the first site view after an end user logged in appian.
actually, appearing the Tempo view first after logged in is not fit for our project.
What configuration should I do to change its setting?

I guess it is done under "admin console" --> "User Start Page"

You can change it in Admin Console.
Admin console(From the Navigation Panel)>>System>>User Start Pages
You can change the default start page, also based on user name/Group
