I'm trying to sync the records vis process model using the sync record smart service, I checked that identifiers were passed correctly, but sync is not happening, please help me resolve the issue.

Is there an error? Does the instance complete successfully? Can you attach some screenshots of the configurations of the smart service and the Sync log of the record?
