Hi There!
As the following screen shot shows, I do not see the name of the process model the Subprocess node is configured to execute.
It only impacts the display of the model name. If I right click the node and select Edit Sub-Process Model, it opens the correct process model. If I click the Refresh button on the setup tab, it correctly refreshes the list of parameters.
I only noticed this behaviour recently. It is only in our DEV environment. I have tried clearing my browser cache, restarting the browser, using a different browser.
I am a System Administrator and have the same application security as my peers. I am the only one experiencing this behaviour.
Any ideas what is impacting my profile in this environment?

Hi, Can you check the language in which the sub process model has the name in. May be it is missing the name in the language you are checking.
Interesting thought ... all our development is in English, including the Process Model Names & Process Display Names. Further, the fact that this miscreant functionality only occurs for me with all subprocess tasks in DEV; but, not in any other environment speaks to an issue with either some cache or my profile.
I'll be (expletive removed) ... I changed my Locale in my settings from the system default of "English (United States)" to "English (United Kingdom)" ... and this caused Appian to be confused.
Once I changed it back to the system default, all is well in Whoville again
