in the expression the time value shows in EDT, but the zone display as GMT+00:00.
how can I change this ?

Kindly refer the attachment, need to change the "GMT+00:00"
The GMT in your result is your user profile time zone. Change your user profile time zone to EDT, then it will EDT on your result
