Use a one-to-many relationship with your main table. The main table will hold the ID of the person/entity and then another table will hold the primary key of your main table where you will have multiple rows, one for each phone number, having the same personID. Hope that helps!
yea frm DB side i am also thinking to do the same .. to maintain normalization
From Appian side how should i approach as i am having text field where i will enter mobile number of 10 digits applied vakidation also ..now if user clicks on add new .. a new blank text field should appear where user can enter new mobile number.. and same goes on .. whether user wants to add 3 mobile numbers or two of five .. those many text box should appear
I think in a case like this you'd either want to have an editable grid or use a section that populates dynamically. Here's a sample recipe for the latter: docs.appian.com/.../recipe-add-and-populate-sections-dynamically.html
That needs to be done at UI side. You need to Add Multiple Text Components Dynamically.
