Hi all ,encounter below error when using Send Email smart service.
`Failed to send email`,
Then i go to check error log
see above yellow part error message:
`452 Too many recipients received this hour`wait for a while,it can work fine.looks like it can be configured in somewhere for recipient limitation.anyone has suggestions?

This seems to be a configured limitation on the server that receives the emails from Appian. I suggest to contact the email server admins.
I guess this is an onprem environment and you have connected a mailing account to it. This error means that there is a limit on your mailing account and you will have to wait for an hour unless this gets restored. You can check more about it in the mailing account's documentation.
Yes, agreed to above point there is no limit from Appian side. You might need to check with your mail server team.
