The user keeps receiving Appian emails to his/her outlook inbox about errors in process, tasks, published processes etc. How can I disable all of these email alerts?...

Lincoln I think the issue here is the rights on the process model it self. It appears that the user has rights to see the alerts when there are issues. I would look at those rights before modifying all notifications

I agree with Margaret, consider verifying the access rights to the process. Additionally, you should be able to configure the process model error alerts via the Process Model properties such that the notifications are sent to a designated group of administrators instead of everyone.
