How can we get application based expression performance trend in single report? Is there any Appian provided way to check this. I know about single interface drilldown Peformance report but if we want to review whole application expressions or interface then how can we check in sigle report?

You can get expression rules and interface detailed performance report in Admin console for the past 30 days. To search for a specific application rules you can search with application prefix and filter the results.
